My passion and career goal is to become a Professional Wedding Planner.
My husband and I planned our own wedding and it turned out beautiful. I am just not sure where to get started. I have searched all over the internet and all I come across are online schooling that truly don’t seem legitimate. I am not even sure what type of schooling most wedding planners have taken.
Does anyone know of the type of schooling that most have taken? How would you go about getting started? Any input is appreciated.
Thank you
I’m considering pursuing a career in wedding planning, but I wouldn’t be in a huge city. Do they charge a pecentage of the wedding cost? How many weddings do they do per year? What do the job consist of? Do you have to go to that any courses (if so, how long are do they last)? Is there any college classes I should take? Any other information/links would be helpful, also. Thanks!

Our couple can’t understand what scared off their potential wedding planners most: the 4am interviews, the Wedding Command Center, or the fastidious flow charts.
I’m thinking about pursuing a career in wedding planning when I get older. If anyone out there does it for a living, let me know what I should do to get a jumpstart on my career. (I’m attending a 4 year private university and I’m majoring in communications and minoring in buisness) Is this a good start?

I applied for a couple CNA positions at a local hospital here in my City. It is almost impossible to get in unless you are related to a DR. It has been my dream to work in healthcare and I think writing this cover letter to the HR Coordinator can really help my chances because I dont think my application shows what im truely about. Here is what I have so far.
I just applied for the CNA position at the (my city)Clinic South. I know you are a very busy person, but I wanted to personally introduce myself. My name is Stephanie (my last name), I am 20 years old and a newly wed. I have always wanted to work in healthcare field. Now that I have my CNA license, I would like to get some experience and possibly make it a career further onto my RN license one day. I am a very hard worker and take alot of pride into my work just like my resume stated. I am very people orientated and consider myself to have a "heart of gold."
I dont know what else to put.. but I consider myself very caring and compassionate. I really do put my heart into my work.
If you can think of any changes it would be so appreciated
Thank you
