Something such as wedding/event coordinators and real estate. They make OK money depending on how hard you work, but I also understand that you may not always have an income coming in right or am I wrong? sort of like tutors, even though some make decent money over a weekend but they don’t always have a job. So I’m looking for something that doesn’t require too many years of college, makes good money, in order to get recognition of being successful. I know doctors/lawyers get alot of recognition and I would like to have that but I don’t think I could handle soo many years of college, but some real estate agents that make ALOT of money do get recognition and good respect and that’s what I want, I want to show up to a high school reunion later down the road and have something to show for, something that will make people think Damn, she did something pretty good with her life. Ya know?

  1. I know you want to make alot of money but don’t we all? I think if you should look into something that you are interested in first. Why go to work and hate your job for forty years? Nurses make a pretty good living and they are always helping another person.

  7. Registered Nurse. Two years of college, about $20 an hour your first year.

  8. Real Estate Agent- Remember paid only if you sell a property.
    Insurance Sales Agent- salary+commission
    Accountant-2yrs. CPA-4 years

    Pretty much anything in sales.

  9. I work for a real estate company. Our sales are suffering. I work in the rentals market and am the webmaster for our listings. If it were not for the rental market, our company might dissolve. People cannot afford or qualify for mortgages and people who own homes that are not selling are listing them with us because they need the income to pay their mortgages. You must be a Realtor to manage rental properties, so if you get into the field, I suggest you go into property management on the rental side, rather than sales. As a Realtor, you will be able to do both.
